Please note, 24 hours cancellation notice is required for routine dental appointments. This allows the appointment to be offered to others. We may refuse to give further appointments to patients who fail to attend or cancel without 24 hours notice.
Emergency Appointments: We try to see all emergencies We have an emergency contact on our answer machine providing outside hours cover for our registered patients. If you need to be seen for on the same day you need to call the practice between 8.00am and 9.00am.
Registrations: In order to keep you name under our register you must come as requested by your dentist, we do our best to send reminders out, but it is down to the patient to make an appointment for a regular check up.
In order to register, please download one of our medical history forms below. Ensure your NHS number is on the phone and up-to-date contact details. Drop this in to the practice or email it over in order for us to make your first appointment.
This practice operates ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY towards rude, abusive and / or aggressive patients.
Any patient who is rude, abusive or aggressive to any member of staff will be removed from the practice’s list and never re-admitted to the practice.
All NHS services reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is rude, abusive or aggressive. Violent behaviour will lead to Police involvement.
